You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware County, Ohio, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
